Keeps track of regular steps and aerobic steps, plus distance and calories burned. On our Sea World days I've been logging over 12,000 steps and more than 5 miles. :-D Keep making healthy choices! That's a fantastic day 1...Yay, good for you!!!! That's a fantastic day 1! I'm so glad you're getting into running. My only suggestion (and this is after 3 days, so take it for what it's worth) is to have good running shoes and run in short intervals. That way you don't push yourself that hard and you'll burn more calories that way!<br /><br />If you want an actual running plan - try the C25K plan.
