UGH

Well I am mad at myself. I am back up to the weight I started at, 193.
I hope that this feeling of utter shame and guilt really helps me to get on this shit for real.
Sorry for the sullen post, but I am just feeling so bad about it. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
What the hell is wrong with me? Why can't I just do it?

  2. I totally understand your frustration. I've been there so many times I've lost count. And it's disheartening. It's frustrating and it's so very easy to slide back into old habits.

But here's the thing. If you give up, if you backslide, you'll never experience the joy of achieving your goals.

I've been struggling for so many years I've lost count. I got on amazing roll for a while and then had a setback. But I keep fighting. And making progress, even if it's slowly. Honouring self-promises has an amazingly positive effect on us.

So don't beat yourself up too much. If you're working out, you won't see a big weight loss right away. As you lose fat and build muscle, the scale gets tricked. So don't rely so much on the scale. It's only one indicator. If you're eating healthy and exercising regularly, drinking plenty of water, you'll see the results.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog and becoming a follower. Of course I'll be following you and offering any encouragement that I can.

And don't hesitate to email me directly if you want. I don't have all the answers (who does ... I need to talk to them ....) but I'll help in any way I can.

    Don't give up!

  3. I know how you feel! But that just motivated me more... Our body's all so weird at times and confusing it helps... A little bit change in your usual routine will definitely boost your body's metabolism up! YOu can do it!!!
